The rooms here are all new and come with a mini fridge and microwave which is handy. The location of this place is pretty good, in an area that's easy for walking around.

The place was clean with free parking and a comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, exceptionally nice breakfast with plenty of food. Quiet location next to a restaurant, and 15-minute walk from Fame Recording Studios.

Non-smoking room smelled very bad because of cold cigarette smoke. Breakfast bar was not stocked and only after asking for it did we get some from a not very friendly clerk.

The rooms here were very clean and had nice amenities like a jacuzzi tub and mini fridge, plus the location is great in a walkable area.

Staff were unhelpful. There were construction workers who got up at 4.00am and then talked loud outside for ages and cars & truck engines running at 4.00pm This spoiled our stay and the hotel staff were unhelpful with the problem. The reason was we were there for one night they were staying for a week.

Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety. Adequate seating without feeling crowded. Helpful staff resolved issues promptly. Early check-in was a bonus. Comfortable bed, clean room, and functioning TV. Laundry facilities available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor at this hotel. The warm colors and cozy furnishings made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was wonderful to be able to relax in a beautiful and comfortable environment.

It would have been even better if the children working there had received some training in hospitality. I believe that with a little more attention to providing friendly and helpful service, this hotel could cater even better to senior guests like myself.
